PRICING

How to order

Galeana Automotive Websites accept credit card payments for service contract purchases and vehicle deposits. Galeana will accept deposits up to a maximum of $3000.00 on vehicles. The deposit will hold the vehicle for you until payment arrangements can be made for the balance due, usually no more than 3 working days. Your deposit will be returned if you do not accept delivery of the product or cancel your order prior to delivery. All purchases will be confirmed by phone prior to the card being processed.

Are there any additional costs other than those listed on-line?

Specific required charges on vehicle purchases will be disclosed prior to processing your credit card for payment. Tag Fees, titling charges, and property taxes, are all determined by the state and county that the vehicle will be titled. Galeana Automotive Group dealerships have no way to know these fees until after the details of your purchase are determined. Upon discloser of these charges, if they are not acceptable to you, we will cancel your order and not process your card. Applicable sales tax will be calculated on vehicles and Service contracts when shipped within South Carolina, Michigan, or Florida.

Pricing Errors or Change in Factory Incentives

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information, or change in factory incentives, Galeana Automotive Group shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed incorrectly. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

What are your shipping rates?

Service contract purchases are shipped to you free of charge by the Service Contract provider. Vehicles may be shipped to you at additional charge upon request.

How can I check the current status of an order, or change info on an order that was already placed?

All orders are processed after telephone confirmation of your order, usually within 48 hours of being placed. If any item is out of stock, or a pricing error made notification will be made by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. Please allow two business days from the date of order before calling us. We will call you prior to shipment to complete and confirm your order.  You may send an email to onlinesupport@galeanasc.com with any questions you may have or call the local dealership per the phone contact numbers provided on the site.

 

REFUND

What are your policies for warranties and returns?

No Returns. The only warranties, if any, applying to the vehicle are those offered by the manufacturer and those offered by the selling dealership in writing to you at the time of delivery. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this vehicle. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property,  damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages.

All vehicles covered under the manufacturer's original warranty will be repaired at a local authorized servicing dealer under the terms of the vehicle warranty.  You will receive the written factory warranty prior to delivery.

You may cancel your DaimlerChrysler Service Contract at any time during the plan period. If you cancel your Service Contract within the first 60 days of the original purchase date, you will receive a full refund provided no claims have already been paid against the contract. Refunds for cancellations requested after 60 days will be based on a pro-rata adjustment for time or mileage used, whichever is greater. A cancellation fee will also be assessed.

 

PRIVACY

Galeana Automotive Group respects your need for privacy and safety.

When you purchase online, we need your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, credit card number, credit card type, expiration date and credit card identification number (on selected cards only). We use this information for the sole purposes of billing and shipping purposes and to contact you, if necessary.

We have designed the Galeana websites so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public. Galeana does not share names, addresses and telephone numbers with any businesses!

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

 Use of Your Email Address

When you provide us with your email address, register as a customer or make a purchase from us, we will occasionally send you email with recommendations or notices of new products and prices. We also send email to keep you informed about the status your orders. If you do not wish to receive email from Galeana Automotive Group simply request to be taken off of our email list.

Internet Protocol Address

Galeana log's the user's Internet Protocol Address (IP). An IP Address is a number that is automatically assigned to your PC every time you browse the Internet. Information from the IP Address is used for system administration, to examine overall traffic trends, troubleshooting, etc. This data is used only in the aggregate form. IP addresses are not linked to any personal identifiable information, meaning the user is session is tracked but the user remains anonymous. Personally identifiable information is not collected or used.
